Judging by the axle and pumpkin size, I would guess no rear LSD, however I have yet to check the front.

It's not too bad as far as Air/Fuel goes, the tuning is more so for the ignition values. I'm sure it would make it to Edmonton just fine...

Who would be capable of tuning the subaru in calgary? Does the car have an active title/ status?

There are a couple AWD dyno's in Calgary(Riegel, Calgary Autoworks), one in Red Deer (VEX) and one in Edmonton (Subracing). Title is active in alberta and clear.
