yeah i use to work at arbys in middle school. and basically its just big ass bags of "cheese wiz like" stuff and it gets put in a big warmer/dispenser. So it warms up the cheese and dispenses it on the sandwich.

I have to chime in and say Arby's cheese is definitely a different taste compared to nacho cheeses you are all talking about. Buy a beef&cheddar and try to tell me you don't want that amazing cheese allover your body.
