Looking to by an Acura TL 2006-08

Im looking to move out of my civic and into a nice sedan.

Currently between an Acura TL (2006-08)

and Lexus IS 250 (trying for AWD)

I pretty much plan to drive this vehicle into the ground, so cost isnt HUGE to me. Im just looking for some input on the pros, cons and costs (maintenance) for each.

IS250 is slow. IS250 AWD is even slower.

But coming a Civic, you probably won't feel it.

TL is great. It's basically an Accord so it'll probably cheaper to drive it into the ground.

Lexus is luxury and Acura is economy u decide..

Both are excellent vehicles but I'd take the IS250 without a second thought.

Drive them both and you will know exactly which one you'll want to live with for years to come.

IMO the TL is a much better car in every category when compared to the IS250. Why not compare it to the IS350?

As far as maintenance you never really know but both of them should be reliable with proper maintenance.

Going to Test drive the IS250 & IS350 on monday.


Cant seem to find an TL for a decent price.

I don't know what a decent price is for the TL, but a buddy of mine just purchased an 08 TL with 9k on it for 34 grand. Seemed like a good price. :dunno:

IS350 FTW, get the lux pack with nav and levinson sound though fo sho ... love mine
