He is actually a really nice guy. He lives pretty close to me. That car has a genuine JUNCTION interior. It took him a a couple years to find all those pieces. He likes it.

Sigh. And why are there two headrests per seat?

How can you possibly drive with those headrests poking you in the back of the neck?

Kardon
09-16-2009, 04:02 PM
Those neckpads are actually really comfy, JP ones are known to be on the stiff side, but most are super soft, memory foam pads.

Comfy when someone rear ends your car? Or do you drive with your back right against the back of the seat?
Not sure why they would make any difference good or bad. I've heard of the poser "Recaro" ones.

Kardon

Yeah they're meant for leaning agaisnt the back of the seat, most people buy them for the passengers. You hardly notice them when you lean back agaisnt the seat, they just kinda fill in the space between your shoulders and head. Lots of old people have little cloth ones I've noticed, its not just a japanese thing. Stitching Junction Produce + logo's on them is more of a japanese VIP thing. (Garson pads are just as flashy)

JP headrests suck balls. Most uncomfortable pieces of shit EVER. The Garson ones are 100x better, people usually buy the JP ones for the name.

They're comfortable, depending on how tall you are. If the back of your neck lines up with where the seat and the headrest meet, they are super comfy.

That Kintuna and Fusa doesnt look right on that car lol.

Yep, neckpads may look uncomfortable but they are pretty comfy. Although those JP ones look a little hard.

pretty common thing to do in HK and Japan right now, its called the VIP style, goes for the yakuza/gangster ride look
whole website dedicated too it

http://www.dzeusvip.com/Forums/viewforum/f=5.html

Take a look at some of those members rides, you notice alot with the FUSA knots, and alot of Junction Produce stuff

Prelude_dude
12-15-2009, 02:45 AM
this is also a common thing in HK right now, pimped out honda odysseys
http://www.dzeusvip.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=4518.html

lots of junction produce stuff.. not cheap stuff...

kinda wish we had pimped out odysseys here lol, better to look at than the ol traditional bland vans we have here

Well in the sense of the car looking nice, i wouldn't want them here, but in the sense that these people somewhat "care for their car" i would rather park beside that odyssey than some random plain jane odyssey that doesn't give a shit about my doors when they open their doors. Then again i've developed quite the habit to never park beside vans, and park where nobody else parks and just walk it lol
