Sounds like an attached home. $280 isn't a bargain if this is the case.

Far from a "house"

Based on the quality of grammar in the for sale add I wouldn't expect much of the place... :nut:

other ads from the poster make it sound like an 850 or 900 sqft bungalow. more than likely, it is a scam.

I emailed the guy and he says its a detached bungalow for $270k and a 3 bed, 2 story for 280k.

I'll follow up with floorplans and more info if he sends it.

I see OP has gone from selling high priced car parts from salvage vehicles to sell overpriced condos sold as houses

I've got the floorplans, and they are all actual detached homes. Attached are the floorplans. The bungalow is $270k, the 2 story is 280k. Starting.

They are in Silverado.

I turned over many of these homes in Silverado when I worked for Avi...

For $270K, you are going to be getting the 1 bedroom 'Jean' bungalow at 848 sq ft. I only ever had one client order this floorplan, and while it turned out nicely in the end, it is a rather tiny little house. I suppose the only saving grace is the fact it has a good sized basement for future development.

$280K will get you the 'Devin', which is a 1056 sq ft 2 storey. Very 'cozy'. I have seen a few examples that were upgraded nicely, but the costs are upgraded too... ;)

The 'Nelson' is by far the most popular, as it has a good sized kitchen & eating area and a very open floor plan.

I don't work there any longer and haven't for some time now, but the Avi Concept line is a good product.
