I wonder what the point of that is. I doubt its useable, even if you were Chuck Norris or Leo.

I love how they ship it...haha

When I saw the thread title, first thing I thought of was Matt K doing his Kroc rows. He got some machinist to custom make his DB bars.

Haha, at first I was like 150lbs? That's nothing new, lots of gyms have those.....

150kg?? 330lbs in each hand? Nope.

It can be done. You just have to govern yourself accordingly.

Johnnie Jackson was at Sampsons a while ago doing the MuscleTech thing... very cool guy to talk to, was funny when he stood up and I was taller than him and I am 5'9, mind you arms were the size of my legs...

I think those are Kroc's 300lbs'ers

Oz you should be there pretty quick, no?

that video I posted? Oh don't laugh, it's very real. My wife showed me it after they brought it up on ellen's talk show. Apparently theyre making a bigger one for males.

If you're talking about the dumb bells the op posted then one of the vids on the first page shows them using it

I have a "baby" one; can take up to like 250lbs I think - although mine is cooler because it's not pre-loaded, I add my own dbs to it.

For reference, the adjustbale db above it can take up to 140lbs (in 10s, one could use 25s i suppose, heh)

You don't, you mostly use it where balance isn't an issue - for example, 1-arm db rowing.
