Wanna go for a spin in a Bentley?

Hey everyone,

We have the Bentley Continental GT that we will be giving away in Cash and Cars Lottery in Edmonton in a couple weeks (probably Sept 29) and are thinking about giving people the opportunity to go for a spin with the Manager from Bentley Calgary.

Let me know if you would be interested and if I get a good response, we will put on a small event and showcase some of the other cars we have including the Porsche and Camaro.

well, i dont want to buy any tickets now, not with knowing that the bentley is going to have a bunch of people joy riding in it.

Cash and Cars lotto wont be selling me a ticket now.

It sounds like the manager is going to take people for a ride and not random people beating on it. Either way though, I doubt the eventual winner would want that to be the case.

The Cash and Cars car is on order to ensure the winner gets the newest model (2010), Bentley will be bringing up a demo car to check out.

if you get a chance to go for a spin in one you should take it. the interior is pretty much perfect, and if you can get behind the wheel, you will be very impressed indeed. you wouldn't think it but the continental gt handles amazingly.

I'm very confused. You say you're giving it away in a couple weeks? The draw's not being held until November 5th, early bird October 15th, which is the private jet thing.

If I didn't like this bateman guy I'd find his email and post on every car forum we're giving away rides in a bentley and flood his email haha.

Letting people go for test drives is completely unnecessary. So why would they risk it?

We often ask our dealers to provide demos of the same models for us to show to media, take patients at the Cross Cancer Institute or, in this case, offer rides to enthusiasts like yourselves.

The post in regards to the draw date is correct. The early bird deadline is October 1 and we will not be making the draw for the second grand prize Bentley and Lamborghini until after the final deadline on October 22.

Calder Bateman is the lottery manager that the Canadian Cancer Society and Alberta Cancer Foundation has employed to manage the lottery and based on the response, it is likely we will hold a small event for the manager of Bentley Calgary to take people for rides and showcase some of the other cars that we are giving away after our final deadline.

Me too, I dont like the idea of having a bunch of people in car that has that much value. Its not like its a cobalt or something. Not like I ever win anything on those draws anyhow and I always buy the largest pck. Oh well maybe this time:D

you didn't read anything the op said; the car that is available for demo is not the same car that will be given away in the lotto.
