Very interesting technology and cost effective but I would find it hard to watch TV all the time with special glasses on. Not to mention people who wear prescription eye-wear, without the use of contact lenses how would they enjoy the show?
It didn't say if the TV had the option of not viewing in 3D.

Yeah, without that option I think the product would be limited to theater room status. No one is going to want to wear glasses while casually watching tv in the living room and doing other things.
