exporting ipod songs to computer

I just bought a new laptop....How can I get the music from my ipod to my computer. Is that even possible?

yes its possible..

winamp will do this, and QUITE quickly

pplug in the ipod, open winamp, select all the music, right click and i believe it says rip to or something along this lines

how about getting songs off an iphone? winamp didnt work.

I just used Windows explorer, viewed hidden folders and drilled down in the iPod until you find all the MP3s. The file names will be like AHDY.mp3, GDUT.mp3 etc, but the ID3 tags will still be intact. This was for an older gen unit so I'm not sure if it works on all of them.

For mac use SENUTI (Itunes backwards) works well for me
