For sale: JL Audio 500/1 monoblock amplifier (500Wrms). It's the best amp I've ever owned, but I'm taking out my system before heading to the track and I could use the extra money. Have receipts and box. Under warranty from Soundsaround until November 2005. PRICE CHANGE $450 OBO

The power handling has nothing to do with blowing it... it has to do with the quality of the amp. :thumbsup:

I blew my JL too and sold it brand new for $500. I dunno why it blew though. I sent it away August 15 and didn't get it back until December 26. I am going to buy another one eventually :D best amp I have ever owned hands-down.
