According to Wikipedia about Sir Richard Branson: "In 1971, Branson was arrested and charged for selling records in Virgin stores that had been declared export stock. He settled out-of-court with UK Customs and Excise with an agreement to repay the unpaid tax and fines."

I guess everybody 'cheat', but nobody like a snitch...

I don't think the cheating had anything to do with it, more the back-stabbing after he left Renault.

Everyone in F1 cheats, just the good ones don't get caught.
