Poor people in the video though, that volume of water would be terrifying, especially for the people in the vehicles.

It's the worst flood the Philippines has experienced in 20 years and there's a lot of missing unaccounted for but the typhoon just passed so now, they'll just have to wait for Mother Nature to clean herself off to properly see the aftermath.

I miss typhoon season...
