I like the PC brand Beer & Chipotle and Tequila Habanero, although I honestly can't remember which one I like better. On allrecipes.com the bbq sauce of choice seems to be Sweet Baby Ray's and I picked up a bottle last time I was at Superstore. It definitely has more of a sweet vinegar taste and less of a tomato sauce taste, and with the first ingredient being high fructose corn syrup, you can tell it's proudly made in the US of A ;)

You can buy bottles of Montana's Apple Butter BBQ sauce. On BBQ porkchops it is pure gold.

On steaks .. you don't put BBQ sauce on a good steak.
EDIT though M&M meat teriyaki steaks are awesome.

On bbq chicken ... Catalina salad dressing.

they are all usually molasses/tomato/brownsugar based

Agreed. BBQ sauce on chops, chicken, pulled pork, brisket OK, but never on a good steak.
