Hey Beyond CSI.. My g/f's house was broken into while they were out shopping this afternoon.

the only items that were stolen were their 3 laptops.

Red Sony Vaio
Pink Sony Vaio
and Black Toshiba.


if anyone sees anyone selling a bunch of laptops please post away.. I'm keeping my eye on kijij and nexopia..

I'm sure they're probably just gone.. but thought I'd post up anyway.

I only have the serial number off the toshiba.. and her mom has it so i dont know what it is off hand...


and yes, there was actually 4 people in the house.

my gf - red vaio
her sister - pink vaio
her mom - toshiba

her brother also lives there but his laptop was hidden..

like I said I know its a super long shot just maybe if anyone see's anything online or something just thought I'd put it out there...

we called around to a few pawn shops nothing yet..

she lives around center street and 16ave area..

and yea loss of personal info on the machines is shitty they all want their computers back.. f(@#&%ing criminals

Shouldn't home insurance cover this if you have pictures and/or serial numbers?

I guess it's a lesson in the future to always back up your stuff.

Thats shitty though, hopefully she gets them back.

hopefully insurance covers all 3 it would be silly if it only covered one. whats the point in having insurance.. they have the receipts for all 3.. just the sony ones don't say the serial number on them. only the one from best buy for the toshiba does..

and ya they did change every password.. so they should be okay.. i took my laptop over and they all went though all their sites..
