I was tossing a frisbee around with my friends for 20 mintues last week and the next day i couldn't move my arms and legs. I want to know what i need to do to get in shape. Some easy excercise at home would be awesome for me to lose some of my belly fat and take care of my 6 month old son.

caloric intake -calories expidenture = caloric deficit = weight loss.

start counting calories! Do High intensity short interval cardio, as it keeps your metabolism active throughout the day

If 20 minutes of frisbee was causing you pain the next day try something a little less intense for a bit.

Stairs.. Go up and down the stairs in your house
Housework, with ankle / wrist weights... etc.

Then move to the more cardio stuff.

Along with no more junk food / pop / etc.

^ I think i'll start off with something less intense. Stairs is an awesome idea. I had no idea i was so out of shape :(
Probably would have been in the hospital if i had played football or soccer :nut:

just for good measure, before and AFTER you do physical activity make sure you strectch

It's actually a bad idea to stretch before physical activity. Warmup before, stretch after. If you must stretch before, make sure it's not a static stretch.
