Anyone on a Rogers family plan???

Hi just wondering what you guys are paying and what minutes/ features you guys are getting... I feel like am getting ripped off :(

One BB Bold and a BB Curve.

Shared 500Mb of Data, 400 Shared Minutes of Voice.
Unlimited eve's and weekends, who called, 2500 texts, My 5 Canada wide.. I know I am forgetting some stuff...

I think the total bill is $110/month for everything. Rogers keeps taking my money but never sends me a bill by mail or online though.

It starts out innocent and cheap. Then the charges piles on as you get comfortable and adding lines.

Family plan only works if you have low usage members in the plan. If not, you're screwed and better off in individual plan.

This is my plan as stated...
1000 texts per month
1000 minutes per month
2 phones have call display and messaging
5 phones for 164 bucks a month
After 9 pm and weekends are free.
After my time allowance it's 30 cents per minute.

i was on a family plan like 6 years ago but not anymore...it costed more than the plans i have now which was like 250 shared minutes and all the other crap


i have two lines under the same name but they have sepreate plans
around 120ish for
500 mbs
10 000 pics and 10 000 text
250 day time
caller id/waiting etc..
and evenings starting at 6 and unlim weekends
rogesr-rogers
60bucks/per line

its like 10 bucks off ur voice plan

Family plan only seems to be worth it if you have 3+ phones with a couple individuals that rarely use their phone.

We have 3 phones with individual plans and our plans seem way cheaper. It comes out to $122/month.

2 plans @ $34.50 all in

500 Anytime mins
Unlimited Incoming
Unlimited Eve/Wkn @ 6pm
2500 sms/mms sent, unlimited receiving
Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Wait, Call Forward, Who Called

1 plan @ $53.00 all in

500 Anytime mins
Unlimited Incoming
Unlimited Eve/Wkn @ 6pm
Unlimited sms/mms sent, unlimited receiving
Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Wait, Call Forward, Who Called
500MB data

Anyone know how much it is to transfer a contract to another person?

if your in a family plan how much does it cost to close one line? like... theres 3 lines and id like to get my own plan.
