When I go to a bar like Mercury here in Calgary I can get in wearing black leather loafers, dark nice jeans, a zara tshirt and a cardigan or fitted suit jacket over it....would this be acceptable in Vegas club like Tao???....I keep reading wear a collared shirt, would a polo shirt be considered collared??

Tao, it more depends on if your clothes suit you, if you look classy and it also depends on the ppl you go with.

You can always pay one of the bouncers, or just get bottle service...

Ok ok, I'll have probably 100 bucks American to spend each night in a club...that's it lol, not much to grease the doorman, I'll be with my buddy and his gf...maybe I could chat up some girls and see if I could go in with them?

Seriously though, I've been reading up on it and it sounds like men HAVE to have a collared shirt on and dress shoes...sounds like a lameass club, I won't get in with a nice tshirt and dress coat?

But $100 is not gunna get you to far at the bar.. $15 shots.. $10 beers..

But it depends on what bar you go 2, if you hit up a club like Tryst, Tao, lax you will prob need a dress shirt, however if you go 2 something smaller like christian audergie you can get away with a nice t-short, or to any of the smaller bars/pubs.

PM me when you come down, and where you are interested in hitting up..

$100 a night? the clubs here in calgary costs me more than that!!!

You can get in without bottle service, but you'll have to wait. $100 will last you if you just buying drinks for yourself and is not planning to getting drunk.

If you want to pick up a lady or two, $100 is not gonna do it. Just get bottle service. Its only $500-600 or so...

I think on certian nights it can be $50.00 plus

You'll be fine with the outfit dude, I got in to LAX last Dec wearing something pretty similar...as far as money though, up your budget!

If possible, try to split bottle service with the other ppl you are going with..it's so worth it, you don't even have to get up off your ass to pick up girls haha (they bring them to you)

its cost 30 bucks a head to get into Tryst. (for guys the night i went... girls are pretty much free)

did bottle service at tao, next time i go, imma do bottle service at all the bars, its pretty much worth it.

and dress code - i just wore jeans, button shirt and some dress shoes.

I wore a burberry shirt and some dirty ass jeans to voodoo. Ask for doubles. They cost like 20 bucks. But they free pour. Grey goose and cran that's still clear is awesome for 20 bucks

If you have $100 per night, try going half as many times. $100 isn't enough for even a light drinker. And If you like a good buzz, hit up the liquor store and pre drink before you go. Myself, I can't put up with the douches in those clubs unless I'm pretty slammed, so I'd need a case a night in the hotel room and on the walk to the club just to stand it. I have buddies that love it though, so every time I'm in LV, I end up in those clubs.

Or, you can do the best cheap entertainment in town, walking the strip drunk, as mentioned before.

Honestly, with $100 a night, hit up a poker tournament at the IP or Stratosphere and tip your waitress. You'll meet nicer people, and get drunker. Take the change in your pocket and hold up a 1c slot machine, keep tipping your waitress and she won't care how much you are (n't) gambling.

I got bottle service at TRYST in the wynn..

SO WORTH IT

By 9:30 there was a 300 person ( not even exagerating) lineup on a Friday. Even at 3:00 am when we left there were still ppl trying to get in.

We just got to walk right in, and had a 1 L bottle of grey goose waiting for us.

At 13$ / shot that bottle was well worth it, and we didnt have to wait in line....had our own private table by the lake.... and got a bunch of booze

6 of us an it was $750 which included cover (which was $50 / person)

If you go and plan to only spend 100$ and stand in line....you will spend 0 $ and just stand in line all night.....

Here is a fun tip though for

$20.00 you can go to Excalibur and get a jug of beer and a bunch of plastic cups. They have beer pong set up right on the casino floor, and that was awesome.

Ok, just got back....I ended up spending 150 a night, went to Tao and Diddy and Tyrese showed up for the night and MC'd...went to XS, lot of douches and guidos but good music, then the 3rd night went to Sapphires....wow, it's only topless but wow, but where else can you walk in, have hot women come and sit on your lap and you can put your arm around them and touch them and then order an awesome lap dance for 20 bucks and then get way more in the private rooms haha....I'm going back again soon for sure and I know what you guys mean now by you have to live it up and spend the money!!:thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Seriously though, I am going to vegas first week of November for golf in the morning, sema in the afternoon, and 'this and that' at night. All this talk is making it hard to wait. :)
