It's in perfect condition, but flaws one thing. The lamp has burned out and needs a lamp replacement. If you do a search around, you can find one anywhere from $97-$200 online. Once the lamp is replaced it will be good as new.

how certain are you it's the lamp that is burnt?

Im positive it is the lamp. There is power that goes to the TV as the light indicators show, but the indicator beside the power is for the lamp and does not light up.
