has a 96 b18b engine 100 000 kms engine/transmission in it but doesnt start probably needs a new head.

when the previous owner got the swap done he drove for about 3 blocks before the engine stopped, then i got it from him wanting to put a need head but i got a new car and this been just sitting in my garage so i need it gone asap before winter so i can park my car in the garage. thanks
