I have a 1GB stick of Samsung SODIMM RAM I just pulled from my Dell Mini if you're interested. I *think* it's PC2700.

D'z Nutz: I think most of the Dell Mini's use PC5300 (DDR2) RAM, so it won't fit in my Powerbook.
