No air pressure from my vents = no heat in my winter car.

I finally decided to attempt to fix this again.

Deets:

90 Chev lumina

I get barely any air flow through any of my vents (Defogger/floor/middle vents etc). The air feels fairly warm when on hot, and when the a/c is on it feels fairly cold but again I get no air flow.

I checked the blower motor and its fine it pushes lots of air but none of it is getting to the cabin.

Last year i tried blasting brake clean through the heater core/ evap core (It was my mechanic friend that did it so im not sure if he did both or just one or the other) anyways that didnt work.

PLEASE HELP!
any suggestions welcome.

So... if the blower is strong, and nothing is getting to the cabin.... could it be the pipes leading to the vents?
