Shop for used car inspection

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a good/reliable shop to do a used car inspection.

I basically want the car fully checked out as well as a compression test. I called option import and they might be too busy to do it for me on Friday.

My neighbors work at Integron Auto in the SE just off of 114th. I've had my car in there, seems like a good shop. Full Service.

I gave them a call seems like a decent place the price is pretty good it's just a little far away. Does anyone know of a good place in the NW/SW area?
