So, i am trying to sell my car, just listed it on Kijiji, have got quite a few bites, but this one i thought seemed "suspicious"
I'll have to see how it goes from here, i'll update if there is any changes.

No. You get the bill of sale after I get the cash, in my hand, in person. Get a real job, scammer.
That's it for now... it's a new one i haven't seen before, but for any uneducated people, you NEVER give anybody a bill of sale unless you receive payment first... if they want to "make payments", keep the car, give them a receipt for any payments they make, give them the car only when it's paid for in full, if they have the bill of sale, they own the car.
I haven't given this "person's" email address or name because i am only 98% certain it's a scam,, so i will give the person the benefit of the doubt on the other 2% hoping that maybe they are just an uneducated buyer.
I'll have to see how it goes from here, i'll update if there is any changes.
