I got a 99 teg right now and was wondering where aside from a nissan/infinity dealership i could get a g35 sport coupe muffler? It sounds amazing and i know its not just the exhaust that does that but its a hell of a lot better than those annoying fart cans most ppl seem to have today. any help would be great thanks.

I highly doubt you would get even close to the same sound.

that is exhaust is tuned for a 6... your teg is a 4. I wouldn't waste my cash... I would save it and buy a G35 if you want that sound.

If you want to upgrade your exhast system for sound, then I suggest, through my own expirience...Buy a nice performance muffler...Not a fartcan, not some 5 ZIGEN (although very nice pieces)...But a nice Walker Performance Muffler, or a Dynomax...Hell, even Bosal, and a few other companies make nice mufflers...so check them out first Bro...

but on a g35doesn't each bank of the engine have its own manifold and downpip to the back of the car? so technically arent each of the mufflers beind fed by 3 cylinders?

Not totally sure, but I doubt that the G35 has true dual exhaust.

this is the stillen exaust.. i think stock is dual.. but that x pipe is quite long

That is probably one of the reasons they get more HP out of this version of the VQ3.5 then let's say the Altima.

it doesnt matter as it is using an x pipe to keep the pulses equal. so in actuality its all 6 cyl feeding the exhaust, both banks. So the I4 would not be able to give the same exhaust pulses (assuming the pulses are the same to begin with which they are not)
