LF: 2 sales positions

We're looking to add people to our software sales team.

Position #1 - looking for someone who has:
- Oil & Gas reserves analysis experience ***MUST***
- Economics knowledge or experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Sales experience


Position #2 - looking for someone who has:
- Corporate sales experience in a professional environment (office). This doesn't mean field sales. ***MUST***
- Maturity
- Technical education, ideally petroleum engineering.
- Technical experience, ideally in the upstream petroleum industry.

If you don't have any experience in the O&G Field outside of my investments...haha...Would your company be willing to train for the second position??...

If someone has some technical education (mech engineering, petroleum eng, etc), I'd say we can afford to train a person on our technical side of things. I don't expect we'll be able to take the risk of hiring someone for position #2 who doesn't have a technical eduction or O&G experience to go along with their sales experience.
