LF: ford mechanic

I have just bought a 2003 ford expedition and it is miss firing out of the 3 cylinder (got the code read at auto value) and i was wondering if anyone here knows someone that can fix this for a reasonable rate

Have you changed spark plugs and wires?

no just bought it and dont want to start throwing parts into that might not fix it. i would like to just have someone look at it and find out why its misfiring

It's your plug or your wire.. Just pull out the plug, see if it's gummed up. Not a huge deal.

Next make sure the connection to your injector is solid as well as the plug wire going to the distributor.

It's one of those 3 problems, since it's isolated to only that cylinder.
