 Old, but old enough I forgot about it.

I always loved how it happened again, right when the person was walking away, so didn't notice until it was too late.

Don't think it's in Calgary - definitely is not Glenmore at 14th Street as Glenmore did not have 4 lanes on either side back in 1999. Not Bow Trail either. Can't think of any any roads with 4 lanes in one direction in Calgary that have trees/bushes growing that close to the road and that also have a street running above and parallel (see white car in top right hand corner at 0:16) Pretty sure this isn't in Calgary.

Best bet is that this is in a coastal city/town where waves/storm surge are working their way back through the sreet sewer system.

Did some digging - this is in Minneapolis, MN. Google maps link (http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=3501+Stevens+Ave+S,+minneapolis,+mn&sll=37.0625,-95.677068&sspn=59.639182,80.244141&ie=UTF8&t=h&om=1&hq=&hnear=3501+Stevens+Ave+S,+Minneapolis,+Hennepin,+Minnesota+55408&ll=44.939648,-93.274804&spn=0.001392,0.002401&z=19) to spot. Pressure surges during storms are the problem - link (http://www.startribune.com/15702517.html?page=2&c=y) to story.

I believe the incident at Glenmore Tr was underneath Macleod Tr in 2007.

In streetview it looks like the storm sewer is being upgraded.
