Anyone have any good recipes, or such for a quick and filling shake

I toss in a cup of granola, tablespoon of peanut butter, cup of mixed frozen fruit, half-cup of plain yogurt and sometimes a little milk to help it blend nicely. Yummm :thumbsup:

2 scoops of whey protein, 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds, 1 tablespoon of smooth peanut butter or almond butter, cup of blueberry, milk. blend good to go

I bought some strawberries at the end of season while they were all on sale and threw them in the fridge.

5 or 6 strawberries
A banana
Blueberries
Spit of vanilla
Tropicana orange juice
Couple tablespoons of Vanilla Yogurt

Add in scoop or so of supplements if needed. I find any more than 1 is unbearable for a "smoothie"

1 Cup Stawberry Yogurt
1/2 orange juice 1/2 milk
Honey
Vanilla Protein powder (isolate)

You guys are all missing two of the most vital parts of any smoothy! Eggs, be it raw (this is how I do it) or cooked (scramble them and then drop them in your shake). Also you need some complex carbs in your shakes, I always add a cup of oatmeal to my shakes.

half a banana
scoop of mixed frozen berries (blue/black/straw/rasp)
strawberry whey isolate protein powder
orange juice
milk
squirt of honey
1/2 cup of plain oats
ice cubes

DELICOUSNESS!!

the strawberry protein powder if so damn awesome. tastes great with just milk even!

infact im' going to make one now

i'm going to have to try it with some plain yogurt!

i do smoothies most mornings. All these are basically the same haha.

I can't do the protein powders so the nature egg eggwhites (pasteurized of course) head right into my smoothies.

Here is my shake recipes:

Cinnamon Roll Shake
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 Teaspoon butter flavoring (in vanilla isle)
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate Monkey
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop chocolate protein
1/2 a banana

Strawberry Banana Smoothie
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/2 banana
3 whole frozen strawberries

Banana Split
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 banana
1/4 cup chopped pineapple
2 frozen strawberries.

Blueberry Bonanza Smoothie
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Chocolate Covered Cherry
8 oz. water or 4 oz. milk/4 oz. water
1 scoop chocolate protein
10-12 frozen or fresh cherries
Optional. 1 tsp. of SF Cherry Torani Syrup or a drop of cherry extract 1 tsp.

Coccoa Silky Latte
4 oz. Silk brand Mocha soy milk 4 oz. water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2-3 ice cubes

Silky Mocha
4 oz. Silk brand Mocha soy milk 4 oz. water
1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Smoothie

Egg Nog Protein Shake
4 oz. Silk Nog soy milk 4 oz. water

Dash of nutmeg

Pina Colada

1/4 cup pineapple
1 Tbs. SF Coconut Torani Syrup (I've also used 2 T. of unsweetened coconut from the health food store or Baker's catalog)

1/2 shot of espresso or 1/4 cup fresh coffee or 1 tsp instant coffee

Carrot Cake Protein Shake
4 oz. water 4 oz. Silk Spice soy milk (if you use Vanilla or Plain Milk add more cinnamon and nutmeg)
