Its right by downtown, 10 blocks from the LRT line which runs on 7th ave. It is *NOT* by 17th avenue that goes through Forest Lawn. That is 17th avenue East, you want 17th avenue WEST.

Yeah, they have a second location at Northmount Drive and 14th Street. That is the one that used to be by Churchill.

That one closed down earlier this year. If that was the same Phil's Ice Cream right beside St. Francis.
