hey i have a front and rear bumper for a 99 si. they are both black. they have some cracks tho. 20$ each

if your not in a hurry try not to rush finding parts! i tried to do a conversion on my 96-98 civic to an 99-00 one. i bought all new parts....finding out later that they had a whole front end at P&P
