FS: 15" 2.4 GHz Macbook Pro w/LCD issue

I have a late 2007, 15" 2.4 GHz Macbook Pro with 256 MB video card, upgraded to 500GB HD and 4 GB RAM.

The LCD panel is not functioning 100%, but the unit can be connected to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse and works perfectly.

Great for anyone who would use it primarily as a desktop.

Comes with restore discs, power adapter, wired apple mouse, apple keyboard and 15" LCD display.

whats the deal with the LCD? Just the display that needs to be replaced?

Correct! The panel works some times. At it's worst, it only displays the top half of the screen.

A reboot sometimes clears the problem temporarily.

I need the LCD functionality of a laptop, but this would be great for anyone look for a powerful Mac "desktop".
