How can covered in pimples and lazy?

My son eats only junk food, and is getting fat, covered in pimples and lazy. How can I stop him eating junk and start him on good foods?

Stop buying junk food (soda, chips, cookies, etc) and start having fruits and veggies around the house. If he has the munchies, hand him a popcorn machine or some carrot sticks. Maybe give him some encouragement and start doing some activities together like going out for a bike ride??

You can only blame yoruself for this... you are buying the food (im guessing, since your child has no job) so start buying healthier alternatives

I think they have use good pimple care face wash and use nice biotic cream in sleep time.and avoid to eat oily foods,cover face at the time of going outside in afternoon time.
