Wasn't Daimler of Germany the inventor of the first four wheeled car? and Benz was the first inventor of the engine?

just wondering if thats right...

In 1862 Belgian engineer Etienne Lenoir, working in Paris, builds the first motor car with an internal combustion engine. In 1863 he took it for a six mile drive that took three hours.:confused: :thumbsup:
