I bought a cell phone on ebay and it wasn't working with my Rogers Simcard so the guy allowed me 2 return the phone for a refund.
Can I get a refund on the customs fee's i paid ($25) when i picked up my phone from the post office (USPS) if so how do I go about doing this?
