Stolen: Rolled over BMW

Someone towed my buddy's bmw 328 that was rolled over, it was parked at my ghetto house :facepalm:

Was it parked on the side of the road? because I think they're allowed to tow it if its parked on the side of the road with no insurance and/or no license plate...

k it wasnt parked on the road, its been sitting on private property for almost 6 months now and it a acrage where it was parked :confused:
