PUtting up a wall

Is there anyone here who is qualified to put up a wall in a townhouse? The bedroom used to be two bedrooms, but they decided to knock down the wall to make one big bedroom but thinking of putting up the wall again to have the two rooms.

Any idea of what it would cost or if anyone you know could do this type of thing?

Make sure you leave a "hole" somewhere ya know. ;)

If it's not load bearing or connected to any electrical outlets, why can't you just frame it and drywall it yourself?

It's super easy to put up a wall yourself., electrical and everything...mudding the drywall on the other hand :thumbsdow

I'd recommend barmanjay if you don't want to do it yourself.
