I need to make either an aluminum or stainless steel door plate for my parents front door. Essentially a nice rectangular piece of 1/8" aluminum or stainless.

Does anybody know a place that can cut the holes and round the edges to match a cardboard template I've made. Need a place local to do this as I refuse to install a brand new door for my parents. Trying to reno this house for my mom and it's one of the last things to go.

get it lasered. quick and cheap. Or you could do it by hand with a bandsaw and a file.

I wish the home depot plates would work. My dad kinda hacked the door some time ago so it needs a custom made decorative/security plate now. Better than paying big coin for a new door is how I look at it though.
