Selling a recently bought arcade system from Wal-Mart at the end of September. I have the receipt and it was paid by cash so warranty is pretty much valid for 2 years and 11 months or so. Comes with one controller, power supply cable and video cable. Also comes with box and receipt ofcourse. This Arcade version does have the HDMI output but the HDMI cable doesn't come with the package(you can get it for less than $10 at monoprice.com).
