Confused

Hey I have a CS 350i on my 02 rendezvous, everything works except it will not start my vehicle. The vehicle battery was dead when we bought it. (If that helps). I was told by dealers about the valet mode and did find the switch under the dash, but im unsure what to do next. The lights will come on then go out and nothing happens. I do have a Owner's Manual but no help in there......any suggestions? Thanks!

Sounds like the CS system needs to be reset, or some of the wiring for it needs to be redone.
I'd take it back to whoever installed it and ask them.

If not take it to this guy, Ringo is great and does wicked work. Im sure he can diagnose & fix it for you.
