I'm looking at one house in particular in Vancouver and was wondering how I can find out house price values around that area. Is there a website that does this?

Every website I find you need to wait for a realtor to contact you which isn't what I want.

Thanks guys

You mean list prices of homes for sale? Or tax assesment values? or what?

And to get that information all you must do is ask. Pretty simple;)

BC Assessment will have the sold values online in their assessment information system, but only during the period when they are doing consultations, I think it's February to March of every year or something like that.
