I won it so no receipt, but yes its still sealed in the original box. You can check the warranty on apples website.

Is this the newer Macbook that was released in the last 3 weeks or so? You have two different CPU speeds in your OP, so I was wondering if you could clarify which revision this Macbook really is.

Sorry about that, it is the 2.13GHz processor. It is the one released just prior to the one before that one that was released 3 weeks ago.
