not mint - there's rust on it in the pics.

I'll give them $1500 for it.

Debatable. Someone looking for a mint Prelude as a show car/collectors car, or someone just looking for a mint lude, might appreciate a brand new car. $26K is high, but not outrageous if the story checks out.

I'm sure it is worth it to the right person but for 28k I'd much rather have that ITR

It's cause with each year that goes by...it increases in price...it gets more mint for its age ;)

Must have been a demo at one point, 902 miles is a lot of mileage for a new car. :)

This.

50 miles may be, bagged for 902 and you actually see interior wear? no way. You have to be hardcore fanboy to pick up a lude for that price.

At that price they will never sell it and it's got rust all over the place underneath. It's not a collectors type of car.

interior is all scratched up in the center compartment etc

With this being a 1999 there will be no warranty offered, so it is being sold as is. We have all the documentation on the mileage. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

i call BS. if you buy a new car off the lot, that has "not been sold" the warranty would start from that sold date...

We bought two new cars and they used the manufacture date for both.

26k is high... But I'm a huge Honda/Prelude fanboy and if this had leather/oem lip kit and was Electron Blue, I would be all over it, just so I could park it in my parents garage in N.B. just to drive it a couple times a year.

I would rather buy a low-km lude than one that is over a decade old and has only done 902 miles. Sitting for that long, the fluids most likely have chunked and gummed up, hoses dried/cracking, belts are garbage, the underside of this particular car is even rusting, and who else knows what else could have dried up inside during a decade of sitting and rotting away..

There was a mint 3rd Gen Supra at a Calgary Toyota dealership with like 62 miles on it or something stupid like that... they wanted 40K for it.

WOW that is a pretty high price tag for such a car, the interior doesn't look "MINT" to me and did anyone noticed the seatbelts have brown patches, same as the back seats, there are brown patches at the edge of the seats :dunno: .

Honda forgot they had it? As if.

It's probably like the integra, a service training car. That's probably why there's the wear on the inside, from people crawling around inside it all day.

Too many question marks on it for the price - I'd be too concerned about some trainee having put it back together improperly at some point. I guess if you're not going to drive it, that doesn't matter too much though.

The pedals look worn more than 900 miles and there are some other interior details that look like higher than the stated mileage. However I could care less as Preludes were overpriced new so to me that car isn't worth half the price they are asking.

Ummmm, new car warranty is always the sold date, not the build date.

Now this Prelude is a little bit of an odd case and I think the listing says there is no warranty but for regular cars / sales, it's the sold date.
