She's full of shit. First of all as far as I know, defamation is not a criminal offense. The most she could do is have a judge issue an injunction forcing her information to be taken down. Then she could file a civil lawsuit. But she'd need deep pockets to do this and her chances of winning would be slim. That's my opinion anyways.
