anyone familiar with this car alarm?

I want to know how I can find out the model number of the security system, it was already installed when I got my Integra by the previous owner....just want to know the model # cause I am planning to put a car starter in soon.

should I go with the same brand name or can I mix and match?

No idea. You should PM 12V though - he knows a lot about alarms. I found some brands that I never heard of, and he warned me about the problems I would've had if I bought them. I'm glad I didn't and got a reliable compustar. Installed by 12V of course.
