How do I post disguised URL links?

Hey guys, thanks for reading this and offering any help or insight you can. I feel like a n00b posting this, but since I dont know: here it goes.

There is a way of posting a lengthy URL in a post/sig and labeling/disguising it with a few choice words that people can click on.

Whats the code for that? or how do I do it? thanks a lot!

^ LOL, whats that? no.... I wanted to post a (non-advertising, SFW) link in my sig, but one that doesn't have some idiotically long URL to click on.

you click on http:// the first pop up you put what you want the link to say the second pop up is the url address

Great thanks, I knew it was simple, I've just never done it before.
