Viper car alarm connecting issue

Hey guys, if someone can help me out here will be great. I am having issue with my remote connecting with the car it was just working fine then suddently stopped working. I tried to change the battery but it didn't do anything, everytime I hit the lock or unlock button the remote just beeps saying no reception, but when I hold the aux button my alarm will go off it's being weird. If anyone have any idea what's happen that will be good.

Yeah I think just need to reprogram but no clue how any ideas how?

need to have drivers door open locate the programming button turn key to the on position press button once and release and then push and hold it and push lock on the remote turn key off and try that
