First off, you should of checked the quality of the phone and tested it out at the exchange before you gave him the money.....

2nd, you are too young for a cell phone, when you tell your parents you spent $200 for a broken cellphone they are gonna whip ur ass boiiiiiiiiii, I hope they break out the feather duster

If you are actually thirteen maybe $200 is the price you will pay to learn a simple life lesson.

You're an idiot...

http://forums.beyond.ca/st/285187/fs-unlocked-white-nokia-e71/

Mind me asking why you are selling a broken phone? You bought a broken phone and now you're selling it for the same price you purchased it for.

Hope you learned your lesson. I have sold a lot of phones and even some in less than idea condition. The only difference is I point out that flaw as long as I can to the potential buyer so that they know what they are getting into.

And when buying phones, turn in on. Try a few things you'd normally do on a phone. Text, make a call, even browse the web. All those things first before I even pull out my wallet.

Quick synopsis of OP self ownage:

1) 13 yr old whiner buys a phone, no questions asked for $200. Due to CAPS lock use infiringement, immediately, no one takes him/her/it seriously.

2) Phone is actually broken, does not work correctly. Surprise surprise.

3) OP realizes he/she/it won't get his money back, he/she/it posts the phone for sale in Beyond marketplace, full price, $200. Claims it is brand new, never used.

4) OP must have seen Beyond CSI ruin MWC's life and wants the same revenge on the person who scammed him/her/it.

5) OP is busted as a scammer as well because he/she/it was trying to sell his/her/its broken phone.

6) OP tries to dig his/her/its way out of a legitimate ownage to, no avail.

Ok, let me spell this out for you, because obviously you really missed it or you are really stupid

a. kid buys broken phone, finds out phone doesnt work.

b. kid trys to sell phone in market place, as a fully functioning unused model.

c. kid gets busted, by his own hand

do you want to explain to me how this is something that is fair or moral in any way?

It would only be a circle if he eventually bought it again.

Did you get your commerce degree out of a cereal box?

One thing I don't get, after all these years: why do people still try to scam on Beyond? We're world known now for being scam-busters, and Beyond CSI has been featured on, what three news reports already? And a professor in england took the whole Claw thing and made a lecture about it, I wish I could find the youtube vid so I could post it XD
