Only the body of the fish has been deep fried to the bone. I'm assuming it's just motor reflex on the head's part, but that's one fucked up way to eat a fish.

I've seen a similiar dish in Vietnam where they slice open a Cobra snake and serve you the beating heart as a shooter. Its said that you gain strength from consuming it but who knows. But at least after they take out the heart, the use the snake for other dishes instead of tossing it.

I mean, can you get your food much fresher without it being sashimi? :P Maybe it's because I've killed animals before and gone through all the steps of preparing them for consumption, but yeah, none of these videos are disturbing at all to me
