Looking for dry sump info

I'm designing a bit of a one-off dry sump system for a motorcycle engine as a school project. I'm interested in knowing if there's any literature or technical documents out there on dry sump systems in general (theory, design, endurance, testing).

If anybody knows of such a book, please post it!

Porsche/VW aircooled FSM.

These engines were all dry sump, and Porsche Service manuals from the era were ridiculously packed with info.

The inside cover page on mine has about 3 full paragraphs on how to arrange the (separately bound) chapters in the manual
