The reason i am selling it , because i actually bought it online. Instead of buying the 32 bit, i mistakenly clicked on 64 bit and bought it. Since my laptop does not support it, so need to sell it.. still have the downloaded Windows Package with the Unused Product Key .. will sell it for 75 obo. ..

yes it is a student version but i got it also through university. so i didnt use this version at all. the product key is still unused or registered. price drop to 45 what i bought for.

^ yes, it's not a student version, it's win 7 pro, students just get a discount

It will just boil down to the legality of it. If you use this for a business machine, and Microsoft ever audits you, then it will probably not be a valid license in their eyes (if you're not a student).
